Patrick Turns His Truck into a Monster

We caught Patrick as he was getting ready to head out for the weekend, loading up his 8,000-pound 38′ trailer. He’ll also be loading the bed of the truck up with dirt bikes and a generator. His previous tow rig, a Hemi Ram, couldn’t handle all the weight and was actually pushed down a hill. The replacement, a 2017 Duramax Chevy 2500HD, was a recent purchase about two weeks ago and even though Patrick hasn’t had much seat time, there was something glaringly obvious. “This thing was a slug,” he confessed. “I purchased my truck with 35” tires and it couldn’t get out of its own shadow. Then, I installed the PedalMonster. I was stunned by what a huge difference it made.”
