2022 Duramax gets an Informative Instrument

Hiro just got his 2022 Duramax 3.0L back in December. The truck is a daily driver and is used to make runs to clients’ shops. Hiro is a Service Manager at a semi-diesel repair shop and finds the iDash SuperGauge very useful. “This is a really informative gauge. In my research, many of the issues being reported by 3.0L owners is emissions-related. I love the way it tells me when regen is active or off, and the particulate level so that I can anticipate an immanent regen. Even though GM has told us owners that it’s okay to turn off the trucks during mid-regen, I know it’s not good for it. I can see when the truck is going into regen and plan to just keep driving it. It’s only 8 minutes, anyway.”

The most informative instrument, the Banks iDash

The ability to customize its 5 screens is another reason why he chose the iDash SuperGauge. “Having multiple customizable screens is great. Right now I have two screens set up: one that has the regen, boost pressure, load, RPM, and oil and coolant temperatures. The other screen is to screen for my exhaust temps. For the size and features that this gauge has, there’s nothing like it.”

We’re glad you find the Banks iDash to be the most informative instrument out there for your 2022 Duramax.
