Seriously Impressed
Clayton Elevier not only loves what Banks equipment did for his 2020 Silverado 2500, he actually put it to the test and took notes on his experience.

“My calculations were based on the same trip. The terrain was the hill country from Round Rock to Fredericksburg, Texas, outside of Austin. For those who are from this area, you know about the hill country (not to be confused with mountain country). Full tank and after the trip, just at half a tank left. I drove around town and got stuck in a traffic standstill in the small town of Dripping Springs. This trip is 91 miles one way. My tires for Travel Trailer are rated at 65 mph. So, I am not doing 75 to 80 while pulling a trailer.”
“These are some of the numbers I was getting monitoring my driving habits. Not saying everybody will have the same improvement. I can tell you my transmission never dropped below 9th gear, pulling my trailer up hills, and some of them were a pretty good climb. Oil temperature never got above 204 and stayed steady at 189°, trans temp 180°. I’m loving the iDash to monitor some of these things. So is it worth the money and my time to install all this? The smile on my face says it all. The bang for your buck, to me, was well worth it. Great product! Along with service from the Banks crew. I just got my iDash Stealth Pod installed and finished up the installation.”
