Three Generations of Banks Believers
“Years ago my dad bought a 1986 Chevy 454 motorhome and put a Banks PowerPack on it,” William Bush explains. “It ran so much better than all of the other motorhomes that he came in contact with. An avid camper, William was always interacting with fellow outdoorsmen. He became a huge fan. “That thing just ate up any hill like it was nothing. My son knew about that powerhouse, and when he bought a 2012 RAM, he put everything Banks had on it, and it ran so darn well that I knew my 2016 RAM needed to start getting some Banks parts on it. I decided that my first Banks part would be the Monster-Ram because of all of the grid heater bolt issues. When I went to put it on, I saw that I had caught the bolt just before it burnt off. You could see that it was being eroded away and fixing to break.”
“I love that it gave me extra pulling power. I pull a tractor to my hunting club, and now the truck doesn’t even know that it’s back there. And you know what, my mileage went up quite a bit after installing it! Of course, if I put my foot in it it’ll pull the bottom of the tank up along with the fuel, so I have to remember that.”
“I’m a fan alright,” says William with a smile. “I just hadn’t done anything ’til I saw what the Banks parts did for my boy’s truck. Now I’m fixing to get the Ram-Air, Intercooler upgrade, and Boost Tubes next!”
