PedalMonster convinces skeptical diesel shop owner

Bennie Diaz, owner of STP Diesel in Houston, was skeptical of throttle controllers. He and his techs have seen a lot of snake oil come through his shop, and the latest part up for his examination was the Banks PedalMonster. He’d heard a lot about throttle boosters and decided to try the Banks unit on his own truck. “I’ve never really been a big believer in them, but I’ve been back and forth with the Banks and getting a lot of customer feedback—and they just can’t stop bragging about it. And you know what, I want to try it on my own truck. That way I can feel more comfortable selling this to our customers.”

After a quick install, Bennie goes out for a test drive showing how easily tunable the PedalMonster is via the iDash SuperGauge. It doesn’t take long before he quickly becomes a believer. Check out the video.
