2020 Jeep Wrangler EcoDiesel

The Derringer tuner and PedalMonster throttle booster continue to be incredibly popular with the EcoDiesel community. There’s good reason based on the reviews. Marty Mabry spoke to us about what a difference the components have made to his Jeep Wrangler.

“I love the amount of power that the Banks equipment gives me!”, said Marty enthusiastically. “My Jeep is more of a family vehicle, which means that it has to be able to do just about anything. Of all things, I drive a Toyota Prius for work so when I’m home it’s so good to get into something with power. I love it when people underestimate my Jeep and try to get in front of me, but I just lightly push the throttle down and they just can’t keep up to pass me. It’s a lot of fun!”

“I do some towing with it, too. We have a little tractor that we use. There’s a huge difference when getting up to speed in the amount of power the Banks products give the EcoDiesel. You don’t have to really get on it at all. See everything that I want to see on the iDash DataMonster and controlling the PedalMonster with it makes it easy.”

“The PedalMonster makes a huge difference. We have a gravel driveway that’s about a ¼ mile long, and we actually have to turn the PedalMonster down because it has so much torque that it just wants to dig in. On the street, the acceleration and passing power are right there. I have the PedalMonster set at TRACK level 3 and the Derringer usually stays on level 3, unless I really want to show off then it goes up to level 6. I can’t say enough about how it all woke up my Jeep.”
