Monster-Ram intake manifold for ’07-Current RAM 6.7L Cummins passes emissions testing!
Emissions testing of the NEW Banks Monster-Ram for ’07.5-’20 Cummins 6.7-liter engine for RAM 2500 and 3500 trucks is complete, and has been submitted for CARB approval! This new 50-state legal Monster-Ram was engineered to be as large as possible, with the best airflow available on the market while keeping all emissions equipment intact. The 3-D printed aluminum prototype tested extremely well on the truck, both on the Banks emissions dyno as well as the SEMA emissions lab.
Designed using computational fluid dynamic software (CFD), this new Monster-Ram was engineered with the winning features of the non-EGR version which utilizes the stock mounting points and optimizes air pressure and distribution into the intake manifold for quicker throttle response. The kit will include all necessary hardware and comes with a proprietary #1 fuel line. Unlike other intake elbows that have dents to accommodate the stock fuel line, Banks engineers designed a new fuel line to go up and over the Monster-Ram so that no compromises had to be made in airflow.
Monster-Rams are now in production and we plan to announce a release date soon.
