Wilwood BRAKES a Chevy | BANKS BUILT Ep 13

Wilwood owner Bill Wood started making brakes for Nascar stock car racing. As cars started accelerating to the 200 mph mark, drivers wanted something better. This is when Bill literally stepped into the pits with his own calipers. Richard Petty took a chance on the new brakes and from there the company expanded to include everything from military to rollercoaster applications.
