Cooler Temps for RAM’s Rear End
Rob Wilson installed a Ram-Air Differential Cover on his 2016 Ram 2500, and boy does he have some great things to say. “What a great product! It was pretty cool that all I had to do was to scan the QR code and it took me to the instructions, which were pretty easy to follow. Installation was quick and easy, and the top fill and bottom drain design make frequent fluid changes a breeze. Compared to stock where you can’t see the level or the color of the fluid, the inclusion of the sight glass is great.”
“I just bought a new toy trailer, which is much heavier than my last trailer by double the weight, and I really wanted an easier way of maintaining and prolonging the gear lube change intervals. I looked at everything on the market, but I really liked the design of the Banks Diff Cover. The actual ram-air scoops are a great design over the ones that have fins just to look cool with no real function.”
“When I brought my trailer home I had my stock cover, and I put my hand on it and it was hot to the touch. I took the trailer to Salt Lake City, which was around 520 miles when the outside temperature was 100 degrees, and when I got to where I was going I put my hand on the Banks Diff Cover. I was impressed that I was much cooler, basically just warm to the touch. The design was really working!”
Time and time again, RAM owners pick the Banks Ram-Air Diff Cover to keep cooler temps.
