Banks Power is proud to announce that all Six-Gun®, Economind® and OttoMind® Diesel Tuners available for Ford, GM and Dodge pickup trucks are now covered under the California Air Resources Board Executive Order (CARB E.O.), making them legal for use in all 50 states. As of today, Banks Power is the only aftermarket manufacturer to have a full line of emissions legal products for 1998-2010 diesel pickups.
California residents who own diesel pickup trucks are required to pass a Smog Check inspection; diesel tuning products that are not covered under a CARB E.O. number are operating illegally and will result in an inspection failure.
