Derringer for 2024/25 Duramax Update

Banks is developing a new Derringer tuner for the 2024-2025 Chevy/GMC Duramax 6.6L. While specific horsepower and torque gains are still being finalized through rigorous testing, the new Derringer will leverage Banks’ advanced tuning capabilities and iDash integration to provide significant performance improvements. The Banks TechniCooler for the 2010-2012 RAM 6.7L is engineered to significantly lower intake air temperatures, addressing the limitations of the stock intercooler, especially during towing. Its design features a massive core and a patent-pending elliptical inlet and outlet, providing a 78% greater flow area than stock without requiring modifications to the truck’s frame or core support. This results in a 3.5 psi reduction in boost loss compared to the stock intercooler, leading to improved throttle response and overall performance.
