Steven Cobchuk, 2009 Dodge Ram 2500

Although Steven Cobchuk hasn’t had much seat time in his 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 6.7 Cummins diesel since newly rejuvenating it with Banks parts, he already knows it’s made a difference. Having only a few days to experience the changes Steven already loves what’s going on with his truck. “I’m really impressed,” said Steven, “Just those two parts, Banks Ram-Air and Automind programmer, make it run like it was a new truck. I mean she really takes off and goes!”

Steven’s Ram spends most of its time being used as true work truck on his farm, but when the weekend rolls around Steven is usually towing his trailer and race-prepped 2014 Mustang to the track. Right after installing the Banks products Steven put his truck to the test and made a trip out from Regina to Winnipeg (roughly 807 miles).

He flashed the ECU with the economy tune on the way there and was pleased with the power and fuel economy, and on the way back he used the highest power setting. “We were tracking some really great mileage with both tunes, and that’s with a pretty vicious headwind on the way back. It just doesn’t make any sense to get rid of this truck, because she runs just like the new ones now.”
