Monarch Diesel Performance

Stephen Pacnta, the owner of Monarch Diesel Performance, was into gas-powered vehicles growing up. That is until he acquired an old Dodge RAM with a 12-valve Cummins and got his first taste for tuning diesels. After an unfortunate rollover, he found himself getting another RAM, this time with a 24-valve. For him, that truck is what really lit his fire for performance diesel. “It’s a 4-door short bed 4×4, and we took it all the way to 10 sec in the ¼ mile. Now it has a fully-built and sleeved 6.7L engine in it, and we have a 2WD with a built swap in it that we drag race also.”

Worked at a performance shop during the week, and on side jobs on weekends. Soon word of mouth caused those side jobs to grow, and the weekend jobs began to creep into the week until it was evident that he needed to open his own shop. Monarch Diesel Performance opened its doors on December 14, 2014, in a small two-bay garage. “We’ve grown significantly since the first building, and are in our third place now. Now we’re in a 90×40 shop. We really have grown!

Monarch deals specifically with diesel powertrains (engines, transmissions, and differentials), so you won’t find lifts or tires here. What you will find is great service, knowledgeable staff, and only the best products used for your build. “There are no questions asked when we’re telling customers about Banks products.
