2023 Ford 6.7L R&D

The 2023 Ford 6.7L High Output F-250/F-350 is an absolute beast. With 500 hp and 1200 lb-ft stock, it’s one of the quickest 3/4-ton trucks we’ve had the pleasure of driving. This particular F-250 is owned by CJC Off Road and features a Carli pin-top lift with King 2.5″ shocks with remote reservoirs, Toyo Tires 37″ R/Ts on 18″ InnoV8 Wheels. We’ve already installed a zero-backpressure 5″ Monster Exhaust with a matte black Cerakoted patented SideKick tip. It looks right at home with the truck’s FX4 off-road package. The massive exhaust system liberates otherwise wasted horsepower used to expel exhaust gas during the exhaust strokes. And, the Monster Exhaust is now available for your ’23!

The 2023 Ford 6.7L gets fitted for a new Banks Ram-Air intake system.

Our Mechanical Engineering team also 3-D scanned the engine bay and test-fitted the Ram-Air intake system. Unfortunately, the intake system didn’t carry over from the 2020-22 model. Ford moved the battery yet again. This requires us to re-design the housing for 2023, which is already underway.

The H.O.’s 1200 lb-ft of torque gets to the ground with little loss thanks to the massive 11.6″ ring gear inside the Ford Sterling axle. Isaac from our Mechanical Engineering team is scanning the entire axle assembly, inside and out so we can use it to design a new Ram-Air Differential Cover. We aim to offer a bevy of performance parts for this 500-hp blue oval.
