The new Banks Ram-Air Diff Cover is now available for the 2019-22 RAM 2500/3500 and 2020-22 Chevy/GMC 2500/3500 with an 11.5″ or 12″ 14-Bolt AAM rear axle. Just like all Banks differential covers, the newest edition to the family cools 5X better than flat-backs and does so with less oil! The patented cooling fins draw in cool air and redirect it up through the fins along the surface of the cover.
Internal heat absorption fins transfer heat from the oil to the exterior fins. The internal fins also aid, along with directional fluid guides, in the proper flow and distribution of the gear lube. External heat radiation surface area is 160% greater than traditional flat-back covers. The lower temps and channeled lube pathways work to prolong the lubricant’s ability to cool and protect the differential, ring, and pinion. Longer oil life means longer gear life.
