Why Upgrade the 6.7L Power Stroke Boost Tubes?
The boost tubes connect the turbocharger, intercooler, and engine, so their diameter, shape, and sealing hardware affect how efficiently charge air moves through the system. Banks Boost Tubes replace the factory tubes with larger 3.5-inch mandrel-bent steel tubing and billet venturi couplers designed to maintain a secure connection under boost.
A stronger charge-air path can help reduce pressure loss and address concerns associated with aging or damaged factory components. The powder-coated steel construction is also intended to provide a more durable alternative for trucks used for towing, hauling, and demanding daily driving.
