Knowledge is Power

Did you know that you can collect data with the Banks Sensor Modules, and record it with the iDash Datamonster? It’s the same system that we use to collect in our test cells, providing invaluable knowledge. From the data, we can know if things are being tuned correctly. And see where there’s an opportunity for more power, or if something just isn’t working right. We can see if the parts that we changed are actually improving performance or robbing it.

Take a look at this tech article. It shows some great diagrams of both gas and diesel engines using the Banks sensor modules and iDash DataMonster. The Banks iDash and Sensor Modules give you the ability to measure every possible aspect of your engine’s performance to find where its weak points are. In the coming weeks, we’ll explore both the diagrams and the data being collected, as well as folks using the parts and how they’re using them. Get ready because a lot of knowledge will be shared!
