Here's the Banks Marine Diesel mock up in a wooden representation of a boat's engine stringers, an Intercooler core goes in the round hole and boost air enters the bottom opening, flows up thru the core and then down thru the ram tubes and into the intake ports.

Here's a Banks Super-Turbo Diesel Marine Engine. In this case the blower on top feeds two turbos on the back. This setup blasts a big boat out of the hole. Then we partially bypass the blower and the turbos take over. We're going to a bigger 4 L blower and building two more engines to test as this 2.8 L Eaton is too small.
