Experienced, professional receptionist will direct incoming calls, greet customers and coordinate with various departments in this very busy front office. Utilizing state-of-the-art call management system, multi-line switchboard, and business office tools, will perform first-level call resolution and route an average of 1,800 calls per day received by our 3-person reception group. As the first point of contact to visitors and callers, our reception staff represents GBE in a manner that reflects our image of excellence and integrity. Will also support customer service and sales departments with some light administrative support, data entry, and research assignments.
Successful candidate will have 2-4 years switchboard experience, excellent telephone and customer service skills, and proven ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook required. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
