Corporate Recruiter

Successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on recruiting and compensation in a manufacturing environment. Compose and place classified ads, review responses, conduct applicant interviews, perform reference/background checks and skills testing. Will work closely with hiring department managers in selection of candidates. Perform new hire indoctrination and informational training. Will also create and maintain job descriptions, and participate in research and surveys to ensure a competitive, current and equitable salary structure.

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high degree of confidentiality. Must have good working knowledge of EEO and state and federal labor laws.
